Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and petty cash handling.
• Check accounting classifications, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly payments to subcontractors, vendors and staff claims.
• Assign expenses to appropriate cost centers.
• Verify half-month labour and subcontractor claims.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and other periodic financial statements and reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
• Update monthly project status and payments.
• Perform related work as assigned.
