Job summary

Hirehub is working with a client operating a specialized automotive facility involved in international supply chain trade, IT services, and precision motor vehicle component manufacturing.

The role covers full-set accounting duties, billing and compliance, supplier and customer financial activities, and producing key financial reports. Strong Mandarin and English, plus ERP experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with full-set accounting.
• Experience with QNE or ERP accounting systems.
• Familiar with Malaysia SST, e-Invoice and month-end closing.
• Able to prepare financial analysis, budgets, cash flow and management reports.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting including AR, AP, reconciliations, journals, fixed assets, bank reconciliations and petty cash.
• Manage billing and compliance including invoices, receipts, CN/DN, e-Invoice, SST and audit schedules.
• Monitor supplier/subcontractor invoices, claims and payments including rental and utilities.
• Follow up on customer collections, debtor balances and salesman commission reconciliation.
• Prepare sales, cash flow, budgeting and project profitability reports for management.
• Maintain proper finance documentation and filing.
• Support payroll checking, tenancy agreements and ad-hoc finance tasks.
