Job summary

OneWorks Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily accounting operations and ensure records align with company policy and statutory requirements for the workshop. You will handle AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and liaise with tax agents and auditors.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in accounting with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Autocount experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Autocount is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting duties and ensure records comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable for the workshop.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Liaise with tax agent, secretary, internal and external auditors.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and forecasted revenue.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are kept in line with Company's policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory requirements (workshop).

Handling account receivable and account payable for workshop.

Reconciling monthly bank statement

Liaises with tax agent, Secretary, internal and external auditors.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.

Handling adhoc tasks that assign by superior.

Requirement:

Candidate must have at least Diploma/Degree qualification in accounting.

With relevant experience and qualification is preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency and good communication skills.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Autocount accounting software would be an added advantage.

Willing to learn, fast learner & able to work independently.

Problem solving skills, good working attitude, able to multi task and handle pressure.

Able to meet all deadlines given and complete in timely manner.
