Job summary

MINE LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts and daily grocery shop operations in Klang. The role requires adherence to internal financial policies and sound accounting practices.

Responsibilities include AR/AP, cash management, audit preparation, daily sales reconciliations, and month-end closing activities, with a focus on accuracy and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree/Professional certification in Accountancy.
• 3-5 years working experience.
• Possess solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

• Handle full set of accounts including daily operation of grocery shop.
• Execute and accomplish internal financial and accounting policies and procedures (for cash management, AR, AP, credit control, petty cash, staff claims, etc).
• Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and work with internal or external auditors as necessary.

Job description

Handling full set of accounts including daily operation of grocery shop

Execute and accomplish internal financial and accounting policies and procedures (for cash management, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), credit control, petty cash ,staff claims and etc)

Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and work with internal or external auditor as necessary.

Prepare daily sales report checking & reconciliation (including credit card statement, collection, commission etc )

Handling monthly account closing ,bank reconciliation ,journal generation ,stock variance adjustment

Stock code creation, incoming stock entry , invoice & DO checking & monitoring

Document and maintain complete accurate supporting information for all financial transactions for as long as the regulatory required.

Handling adhoc duties as assigned by superior .

Job Requirement

Diploma/Degree/Professional certification in Accountancy.

3-5 years working experience

Posses solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedure.
