Job summary

Nation Success Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to assist in the monthly closure of accounts and the preparation of comprehensive management reports. You will handle the full set of accounting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and related schedules.

Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and at least 3 years of experience in accounting. Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia and

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Assist in the monthly closure of accounts and the preparation of comprehensive management reports

Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate of financial report and other related schedules

Familiar in AR & AP procedures and data entries

Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations

Ensure financial statements and any related reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements

Enforce Company policies and procedures, where relevant or identified in any business transactions

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Results-Oriented, committed to meet tight deadlines and objectives

Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, positive working attitude and good discipline

Good knowledge of Auto Count accounting Software is an advantage
