Job summary

Precede Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our Penang team and support daily accounting and finance operations.

You will handle AP, AR, invoicing, payment processing, bank reconciliations and month-end close to prepare management accounts. You will liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers and customers to ensure accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a good accounting foundation are welcome to apply.
• Relevant accounting experience is preferred.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and support the daily accounting and finance operations of the company.

Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, invoicing and payment processing

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records

Monitor customer collections and supplier payments

Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management accounts

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records

Assist with SST, audit, tax and other statutory matters

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers and customers when required

Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Relevant accounting experience is preferred

Familiar with accounting software ( Autocount) and Microsoft Excel

Able to work independently and maintain accurate records

Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
