Job summary

Pusat Borong Matahari (Shah Alam) Sdn Bhd is seeking finance-minded individuals to join our team in Shah Alam. The role centers on daily sales reconciliation across POS, cash, card, and e-wallet, plus banking and reporting responsibilities.

You will assist in AP/AR activities, monitor petty cash, and support month-end closing. Collaboration with outlet, warehouse, and HQ finance is essential to resolve discrepancies and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• 1. Perform daily sales reconciliation (POS, cash, card, e-wallet) and investigate discrepancies
• 2. Handle cash collection, float control, and banking-in processes
• 3. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
• 4. Monitor and reconcile outlet petty cash
• 5. Assist in accounts payable (AP) – verify invoices, DO, and supplier documents
• 6. Assist in accounts receivable (AR) – track credit sales, rental, or consignment payments
• 7. Support stock and inventory reconciliation with operations team
• 8. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system
• 9. Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes
• 10. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• 11. Liaise with outlet team, warehouse, and HQ finance for any discrepancies
