Job summary

Pusat Borong Matahari (Shah Alam) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Grocery Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the grocery section. You will supervise staff, ensure shelves are stocked and labeled, and maintain safety standards.

You will monitor product freshness, coordinate with suppliers, and help reach department targets. Prior retail experience and POS knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supermarket or grocery retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of grocery products and inventory management.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
