Qualifications

• Qualification in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field (SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree).
• Proven experience in accounting support roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions including invoices, expenses, and receipts.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Data entry and manage accounting databases.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders on financial matters.
• Assist with general administrative tasks for accounting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
