About the role Chai Heng Plastic Mfg (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing Finance and Accounting team. This is a full-time position based in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations and client accounting services. You will be responsible for supporting our bookkeeping and small practice accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. This position offers the opportunity to develop your accounting expertise whilst contributing directly to the financial health and success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts receivable/ payable

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding accounting matters and financial queries

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for
