Job summary

TRINTEL (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is hiring an Account Assistant to support daily financial tasks. You will sort, file, and enter data, prepare accounting documents, reconcile bank statements, and handle daily receipts processing and staff claims. The role requires a Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of SQL Accounting is a plus, with strong communication and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent; minimum 1 year experience.
• Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and admin duties.
