Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoice to clients.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices.

Job description

Generate and send out invoice to clients.

Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices.

Payment Management

Record and reconcile customer payments.

Process and apply incoming payment (check, credit cards, bank transfers) to company account.

Customer account management

Maintain up-to-date customer accounts.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.

Collections

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.

Contact client regarding overdue payments and arrange payment plans if necessary.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare regular reports on account receivable status.

Assists in month-end closing activities by providing accurate accounts receivable information.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.

Maintain organized and accurate financial records as well as to ensue all records are compliant with company policies and regulations.

Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.

Team Support & Communication

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail with client regarding billing issue and payment terms.

Collaborate with the team and assist with daily operation and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Required Experience

Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in basic accounts, reporting & invoicing.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
