Job summary

MSS Biofresh Sdn Bhd is seeking an on-site operations supervisor in Putrajaya to manage daily cleaning and facility tasks. You will lead the cleaning team, coordinate with management, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance across all supervised areas.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, preparing monthly reports, training staff, addressing client complaints, and overseeing subcontractors, PPE usage, inventory, and dress code adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervising experience in a related field.
• Computer literacy; ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong leadership and people handling skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Acts as on-site operations supervisor overseeing daily technical and operational matters.
• Assists in the preparation of Monthly Reports / Documentation and other related matters.
• Plans and carries out daily cleaning tasks.
• Carries out scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Ensures supervised areas are clean and in good condition.
• Resolves client complaints (NCR / WO / SF).
• Trains cleaning staff/operators on cleaning scopes according to the Facility Executive schedule.
• Plans and provides work schedules to cleaning staff/operators and ensures tasks are completed.
• Ensures cleaning staff wear provided PPE.
• Ensures housekeeping standards are communicated and adhered to.
• Distributes and monitors cleaning materials and supplies.
• Monitors incoming and outgoing goods/inventory.
• Oversees service work by subcontractors/vendors.
• Ensures uniform dress code compliance.
• Inspects cleaning equipment regularly for suitability.
• Receives instructions and tasks from Facility Executive and upper management.

Job description

i) Acts as on-site operations supervisor, overseeing daily technical and operational matters at the site.

ii) Assists in the preparation of Monthly Reports / Documentation and other related matters.

iii) Plans and carries out daily cleaning tasks

iv) Carries out scheduled cleaning tasks

v) Ensures that all supervised areas are clean and in good condition.

vi) Resolves all complaints (NCR / WO / SF) from clients.

vii) Trains cleaning staff/operators on cleaning scopes according to the schedule planned by the Facility Executive (FE).

viii) Plans and provides work schedules to cleaning staff/operators and is responsible for ensuring all tasks are properly carried out.

ix) Ensures that cleaning staff/operators wear the provided PPE while performing cleaning duties.

x) Ensures that housekeeping standards are communicated and adhered to by cleaning staff/operators.

xi) Responsible for ensuring cleaning materials and supplies are properly distributed, adequately used, and sufficient for cleaning staff/operators.

xii) Monitors/controls the incoming and outgoing of goods/inventory.

xiii) Oversees service work by appointed subcontractors/vendors.

xiv) Ensures compliance with uniform dress code among cleaning staff.

xv) Responsible for periodically inspecting cleaning equipment to determine whether it is still suitable for use.

i) Receives instructions and any tasks assigned by the Facility Executive and upper management.

Required Experience

At least 2 Year of working experience in the supervision sector or related field

Computer literacy, good in leadership & handling workers.

Preferred Education

Possess in min certificate with 2 years experiences or Diploma in facility management or any field.
