Job summary

DRP Management SDN BHD in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, invites applications for an Account Apprentice on a full-time basis. You will support bookkeeping and accounting services, gaining hands-on experience while working with seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of general ledgers and financial records.
• Supporting the processing of invoices, receipts and expense documentation.
• Helping to reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Data entry and input of financial transactions into accounting systems.
• Assisting with the preparation of basic financial statements and reports.
• Supporting the maintenance of client accounting files and documentation.
• Learning and applying bookkeeping best practices and accounting principles.
• Liaising with clients under supervision to clarify financial information and requirements.
• Contributing to general administrative tasks to support the accounting team.

About the role
