Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd in Negeri Sembilan, Seremban, seeks a Facilities Manager to lead a team of Technicians and ensure building services and data centre equipment operate reliably.

You will perform preventive maintenance, supervise third party contractors, conduct routine safety checks per Health and Safety Policy, and keep plant rooms tidy with safe access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.

Key Competencies

• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
• Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
