Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Senawang, Malaysia, is seeking a Technician to lead a team responsible for maintaining building services and data center equipment, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.

You will perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance, supervise third party contractors, and uphold Health and Safety policies while coordinating access to plant rooms. Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, and shift work including holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and data center equipment operate in safe conditions.
• Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan.
• Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines.
• Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy.
• Maintain equipment and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access.
