Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure building services and store equipment operate well.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance per plan.
• Monitor third party contractors and ensure safety/compliance.
• Conduct safe and legal routine checks per Health and Safety policy.
• Maintain equipment according to risk standards and act quickly on issues.
• Keep engineering store area and plant rooms tidy and accessible.
• Perform routine inspections every 3 hours and oversee contractor work.
• Maintain all electrical and operations equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and store equipment's are working in a good condition.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan
• Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines
• Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy
• Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues
• Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access
• Perform routine inspection every 3 hours, Monitor contractor, Perform minor trouble shooting
• Maintain all electrical and operations equipment.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
• Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
