Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a candidate to assist in QMS/ESH documentation, training maintenance, audits, and reporting tasks in a manufacturing environment.

The role involves filing, indexing, and tracker updates, with emphasis on adherence to deadlines and safety practices. The successful candidate will support 6S activities and ensure organized, compliant documentation across Quality and Environmental areas, while collaborating with teams to learn and contribute effectively in a

• Diploma or Degree in Quality / Business Administration / Engineering / ESH / Environmental Management or related field.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and good time management.
• Good communication, teamwork, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• To participate in QMS/ESH documentations (filing, indexing, and tracker updates).
