Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh Grad or Minimum 1 year of experience operating, maintaining, or repairing 3D printers in a production or workshop setting.
• Proficient in 3D slicing software (Bambu Studio, or similar) and basic CAD (Fusion 360).
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills (reading circuit diagrams, using multimeters, replacing components).
• Practical problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize production workflows to maximize 3D part output and efficiency.
• Manage and operate a fleet of production‑scale 3D printers and related equipment.
• Maintain high output standards while adapting to tight lead times and shifting production priorities.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and cleaning across all 3D printers.
• Diagnose and carry out hands‑on repairs on mechanical and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns, material clogs, and hardware faults to minimize downtime.
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain consistent, high‑quality 3D prints.
• Provide technical support for slicing parameter setup, print failures, and material optimization.
