Job summary

Superpower X AI (Singapore) Technology Pte. is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Lead for our Malaysia data center. You will oversee 24x7 on-site operations, drive team performance, and ensure reliable power, cooling, network, server and security systems.

You will implement SOPs, manage on-call rosters, handle major incidents and coordinate vendors. Strong ITIL certification and Bahasa Malaysia/English skills are preferred for effective cross-language collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center or IDC operations and on-site leadership.
• Proven ability to establish SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and safety/compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking gear, racks, cabling, UPS and cooling.
• Hands-on incident handling, root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own 24x7 on-site operations for the Malaysia data center and lead the operations team.
• Roaster planning, on-call coverage, training, performance management and escalation paths.
• Establish inspections, ticketing, change, maintenance, shift-handover and incident-response processes.
• Lead major incident handling, communications, RCAs and corrective action closure.
• Manage vendors, contractors, spare parts and maintenance plans, coordinating installs and removals.
• Enforce EHS, security, access control, audits and capacity planning, disaster drills and improvements.
