Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with 4–6 years managerial experience overseeing engineers/technicians.
• Educational background in electrical, automation, electromechanical, HVAC, or related majors.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations, maintenance, and modification of all critical environment systems (Mechanical, Electrical, life-safety)
• Oversee incident management, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation through closure
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory licenses, and safety/environment standards
• Train, coach, and motivate engineering teams; manage budgeting and planning for capital upgrades
