Superpower X AI (Singapore) Technology Pte. is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Lead for our Malaysia data center. You will oversee 24x7 on-site operations, drive team performance, and ensure reliable power, cooling, network, server and security systems.
You will implement SOPs, manage on-call rosters, handle major incidents and coordinate vendors. Strong ITIL certification and Bahasa Malaysia/English skills are preferred for effective cross-language collaboration.

Lead the operations team, including roster planning, on-call coverage, training, performance management, role clarity, and escalation paths
Establish and enforce inspections, ticketing, change, maintenance, shift-handover, SOP/MOP/EOP, and incident-response processes to meet SLAs
Lead major incident handling, customer communications, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action closure, with regular operations, risk, and capacity reporting
Manage vendors, contractors, spare parts, and maintenance plans, coordinating equipment installation/removal, cabling, repairs, acceptance, and preventive maintenance
Enforce EHS, physical security, access control, audit, and compliance requirements, while supporting capacity planning, upgrades, disaster-recovery drills, and continuous improvement
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking, electronics, electrical/mechanical engineering, automation, or a related field
5+ years of IDC/data center operations experience, including at least 2 years leading teams, shifts, or on-site operations
Strong knowledge of servers, network equipment, racks, cabling, UPS, power distribution, cooling, fire protection, access control, and environmental monitoring
Hands-on experience in major incident response, root-cause analysis, change management, capacity management, preventive maintenance, and business continuity
Able to establish and enforce SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, SLA/KPI controls, ticketing, inspections, shift handovers, and safety/compliance processes
Strong vendor, contractor, and customer coordination skills, with the ability to manage 24x7 rosters and participate in on-call/emergency response
Good English and Bahasa Malaysia; Other language is a plus
ITIL, CDCP/CDCS, CCNA/HCIA, or similar certifications are preferred
