Job summary

RAHTECH GLOBAL SDN BHD is looking for a passionate IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our 24/7 operations team in Malaysia. You will provide remote and occasional on-site IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth IT experience for our customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years IT support experience, basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking, and are comfortable with rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Structured training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in IT support.
• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.
• Willingness to rotate 24/7 shifts.
• Interest in IT and networking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support (remote and on-site).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing system.
• Monitor systems and ensure timely escalation.
• Support user account management and basic admin tasks.
