Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, responsible, independent and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment
• Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of virtualization, cloud backup, Linux, TCP/IP and firewall is an advantage
• Experience in 24/7 operation and willing to work 24/7 shift
• Preferably Junior Executives in IT/Network/DB Admin or Helpdesk roles
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English

Responsibilities

• Monitor backup solution and provide daily operational support per defined policies
• Monitor backup jobs, perform restores, troubleshoot failures and initiate corrective actions
• Handle incoming calls or emails from customers for technical requests
• Log tickets and manage failed jobs in the ticketing system
• Prepare daily and monthly backup status reports
• Document solutions and publish technical documents
• On-site health checks or troubleshoot technical issues
• Understand and meet the SLA requirements
