A manufacturing company in San Juan del Río, Querétaro is seeking a Production Supervisor. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team for optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or engineering studies, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with CNC or manufacturing environments. You’ll run the day‑to‑day of the shift: keeping people safe, machines running, and production on track. You’ll plan, coordinate, check, correct, support, report, and keep everything documented and flowing. In short: you keep the line healthy.
