Practicante de Mantenimiento

Descripción General

Personal con conocimiento teórico en Mantenimiento Industrial y/o Confiabilidad de Planta con conocimiento en indicadores de mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades

• Portar su equipo de protección personal correspondiente para la tarea o área.
• Participar activamente en la implementación de procedimientos de LOTO
• Evaluación y notificación de riesgos durante las labores de mantenimiento.
• Participar activamente en las campañas y procesos de seguridad que tengan que ver con la promoción de la seguridad en planta
• Tomar en cuenta la calidad del producto como base para la elaboración de planes preventivos y correctivos de equipos.
• Redactar junto con el supervisor de mantenimiento, las rutinas de mantenimiento para todos los equipos de planta.
• Controlar el plan de Mantenimiento para imprimir semanalmente las órdenes y retroalimentar el sistema.
• Trabajar junto con el departamento de IT para la generación de indicadores de Mtto.
• Generar reportes diarios y semanales de los indicadores de Mantenimiento.
• Generar requisiciones por codificaciones de refacciones para maquinaria y equipos.
  
  

Requisitos

• Practicante de Ingeniería o Similar.
• Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas e instrumentos relacionados con su actividad.
• Lentes de Seguridad y botas de seguridad (dentro del área de producción).
• Seguro facultativo vigente.
• Paqueteria office.
