A leading technology company in Mexico City is seeking a Deal Pricing and Monetization Principal for Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will develop strategies for large agreements and work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and fluency in English are required. This role offers competitive challenges and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.
Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
Please submit your resume in English - we can only consider applications submitted in this language.
Only applications of candidates with Mexican citizenship will be evaluated for this role in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Federal Labor Law.
The Deal Pricing and Monetization (DPM) team is instrumental in shaping and executing Google Cloud Platform's (GCP) strategy to win large, complex agreements for Google Cloud - at the right price and at scale.
As a DPM member, you will have the primary responsibility of structuring large and complex agreements and GTM constructs that meet customer needs, while driving GCP’s revenue and profitability, and ensuring risk mitigation and operational feasibility. You will do so by understanding the customers’ specific needs, optimizing the products and solutions to achieve competitive differentiation, and structuring agreement/commercial terms which drive sound economics. You’ll be central to cross-functional efforts (e.g., across Sales, Product, Finance, Sales Operations) that will see through these agreements/partnerships from strategy to execution.
Beyond strategic deals, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Planning, Finance, Sales leadership, Operations) to help drive and enhance business policy, product GTM, sales GTM, verticals strategy, and other strategic projects.
This role is highly visible and requires working on ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment that provides a 360‑degree view of the GCP business, all with opportunities to learn and grow.
