Our Development Excellence Engineer Program (DEEP) allows a very exclusive group of recent grads the opportunity to learn about at least two product‑service lines at Halliburton and support functions, gaining practical experience by shadowing professionals in their prospective future fields in a high‑growth, high‑volume environment.

If you:

• Are a recent graduate of STEM fields - Electronics, Electromechanics, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanics, Civil, Geology, Computer, Information, Environmental Engineering, Geophysics, Geoscience, Science, Math, Technology or similar.
• Are eager to gain work experience in the Energy industry.
• Have a "can do" attitude, along with energy and passion for the industry.
• Have an advanced level of English.
• Are willing to relocate to another city within your country, can travel cross‑country and commit full time to the program.
• Are a resident of Mexico.
