Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. in Mexico City region seeks an Area Manager to lead a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution environment. You will mentor, coach, and motivate the team while ensuring safety and operational standards are met during shifts.

The role focuses on developing people, managing performance, and collaborating with the leadership team to maintain quality and efficiency in fulfillment operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Work flexible hours including overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies based on broader organization goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 30 to 100 Amazon Associates
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
