Job summary

TopBloc, LLC. is seeking a Workday Testing Consultant to lead testing activities for multiple Workday projects in a fast-paced environment. The role involves creating test strategies, tracking milestones, and reporting progress to clients and stakeholders.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and a valid B1/B2 travel visa. Some travel to the US may be required, with a hybrid work arrangement after initial in-office training.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• B1/B2 travel visa required.
• Strong project management knowledge and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing activities for multiple Workday projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and execute a test strategy and plans with client teams.
• Plan, schedule and track testing timelines and milestones.
• Establish metrics and dashboards using TopBloc processes.
• Publish test execution and status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing schedules with client counterparts.
• Assist in timely resolution of testing issues.
• Attend Workday HCM training and pursue Workday certification.
• Occasional US travel may be required.
