Charger logistics Inc. in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking an HR payroll specialist to join its growing team. The role focuses on weekly payroll processing, remittance, SUA/IDSE registrations, and handling payroll inquiries from drivers.

You will manage deductions, new hires paperwork, and support compensation programs within a collaborative, performance-minded culture. This full-time position requires 2–4 years of HR experience and is based in our Queretaro office with a morning shift, Monday

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with demonstrated abilities in managing task control under pressure.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process accurate and timely weekly payrolls.
• Assist in remittance and payroll reporting.
• SUA/ IDSE registration and related tasks.
• Assist and answer payroll-related queries from drivers.
• Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions.
• Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs.
• Recommends and implements development solutions aligning with HR strategies and objectives.
• Manage execution and administration of compensation policies, including pay-for-performance and incentive programs.

Morning shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

From Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls
• Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting
• SUA/ IDSE register
• Assist and answer payroll related queries from drivers
• Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions
• Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs
• Recommends and implements development solutions that align with the Corporate business approach and HR strategies and objectives
• Manages the execution and administration of the organization's compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs.

Intermediate english level (preferably)

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with demonstrated abilities in managing task control under pressure.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Workday integration experience (preferred)
• Experience with incentive programs, short- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills - ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work. Ability to prepare reports and present findings. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
