Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding its Queretaro office and seeks an experienced HR professional to manage payroll and pre-payroll tasks. The role emphasizes accurate weekly payroll processing, benefits administration, and timely remittance reporting in a dynamic team setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR/payroll, strong numerical and analytical skills, and preferably familiarity with Workday. Intermediate English is preferred for collaboration with North American teams.

• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with ability to manage tasks under pressure.
• Strong numerical sense and data analysis with good communication and influencing skills.
• Intermediate English level preferred.
• Experience with Workday integration preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good time management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls.
• Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting.
• SUA/ IDSE register.
• Assist and answer payroll related queries from drivers.
• Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions.
• Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs.
• Recommends and implements development solutions that align with HR strategies.
• Manage execution and administration of compensation policies.

Intermediate english level (preferably)

Morning shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

From Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls
• Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting
• SUA/ IDSE register
• Assist and answer payroll related queries from drivers
• Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions
• Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs
• Recommends and implements development solutions that align with the Corporate business approach and HR strategies and objectives
• Manages the execution and administration of the organization's compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs.

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with demonstrated abilities in managing task control under pressure.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Workday integration experience (preferred)
• Experience with incentive programs, short- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills – ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work. Ability to prepare reports and present findings. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
