Everforth TopBloc in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Workday Payroll Consultant I to design, configure, test, and implement Workday Payroll solutions for diverse clients. You’ll define payroll processes aligned with business needs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Mandatory in-office training is Sept–Oct 2026, with hybrid work three days per week afterward. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required; prior payroll or software-implementation experience

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related IT/Business discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions/macros.
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience.
• Experience running payroll processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement Workday Payroll solutions across multiple industries.
• Define, build and implement Payroll processes aligned with client objectives and needs.
• Resolve Workday Payroll issues as they arise.
• Participate in internal training updates and share knowledge with others.
• Attend Workday Payroll training and become Workday certified.
• Travel 30%-50% as needed.
