Job summary

Brown-Forman in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Senior People Systems Specialist to advance our Workday integrations and reporting. You will partner with global HR teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations that support payroll, benefits, and core HCM.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, strong project management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across IT, HR, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of hands-on Workday design, configuration, training and support in a cloud environment.
• Experience with workflow analysis and translating into software functionality.
• Proven project management experience and leading technology implementations.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-quality Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
• Create and maintain advanced Workday reports and calculated fields for integration logic.
• Write and maintain custom XSLT and XML transformations per vendor specs.
• Monitor daily integration schedules, troubleshoot failures, and support users during payroll cycles.
• Lead technical testing for semi-annual Workday releases, tenant updates, and patches.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to map data and translate needs into solutions.
• Create and maintain business and system documentation, specs, and test scripts.
• Stay current with trends in Workday and related HR systems.
