Jabil in Mexico is seeking a results-driven leader to drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and profitability within a Workcell. You will recruit, develop and coach teams, set clear goals, and coordinate large teams to deliver value for customers and the business.

Responsibilities include defining strategies, managing costs, forecasting, and ensuring safety and quality while leading by example and fostering teamwork across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; and five years experience, one year in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage cross-functional efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention within the workcell.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and maintain focus during crises.
• Communicate resources and performance to managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
