Jabil in Mexico is seeking a manufacturing support lead to ensure adherence to assembly procedures, quality, and efficiency while guiding the transfer of new products to production. Under general supervision, you will interpret drawings, write work instructions, train staff, support ECO/ECR processes, manage BOM entries in SAP, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience improving manufacturing processes and reducing waste.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
• Experience with SAP, BOM management and related modules.

Responsabilidades

• Liaison between engineering and manufacturing for transfer of customer documents to manufacturing process.
• Interprets assembly drawings and creates assembly work instructions.
• Aids in determining tools and processes required for assembly and implements ECO/ECR workflows.
• Implements correct status entries and data in SAP; supports BOM updates and project tracking.
