Jabil in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate operations across production, machinery, processing and packaging. This role leads large teams, ensures safety and efficiency, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to meet client expectations.

The candidate will recruit and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MITs; coach and develop staff; drive continuous improvement, cost management, and performance measurement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments.
• Recruit, interview and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MIT’s.
• Coach and mentor managers to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance management across workcells.
