Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced operations leader in Mexico to drive continuous improvement in key metrics, maximize profitability, and lead a workcell-focused team. The role involves coordinating staffing, coaching, setting measurable goals, and ensuring clear communication between business units and operations.

You will work across functional managers to optimize resources, costs, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify people requirements that meet the needs of the Workcell and the customer/product (i.e. # of ME's, QE's, TE's, IE's)
• Coach and mentor Workcell team members daily to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer
• Establish clear measurable goals and objectives to determine individual and team results
• Provide ongoing feedback to Functional Managers on team member's contribution to the Workcell
• Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and in the achievement of the customer and Workcell goals
• Communicate resource requirements to Function Managers
• Train the workcell teams on the validity of management by metrics and monitor all workcell metrics
• Lead by example and share best practices across in-house units and Jabil facilities
