Responsibilities

• Manage a production shift to meet schedules, quality and cost targets.
• Lead, coach and develop manufacturing staff; monitor performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and maintenance to optimize output.
• Apply 5S, safety, and cost-control practices on the production floor.
• Review reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
