Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to manage a production shift in the Mexican facility. You will lead a large team, ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost targets while driving process improvements and maintaining safety and discipline.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and experience in manufacturing environments. Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production shift to meet schedules, quality, and cost objectives.
• Recruit, retain, and communicate criteria to recruiters for manufacturing positions.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
• Monitor labor discipline and policy issues; perform timely evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and costs.
• Coordinate large team activities and maintain focus during crises.
