Apex Tool Group, LLC is seeking a disciplined Supply Planner in San Juan del Río, MX. You will manage inventory for your commodity, place PO's with vendors, and monitor on-time delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaboration with Procurement, QA, and Finance to meet supplier performance KPIs, maintain data integrity, and address invoicing discrepancies. Fluent English is essential for global coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, industrial engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all inventory assigned to the commodity and taking necessary actions.
• Place and follow up on all purchase orders for all vendors.
• Maintain regular contact with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery metrics are met for suppliers.
• Collaborate with Procurement and vendors on action plans.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies reported by finance.
• Coordinate with Traffic on vendor pickups and follow-ups.
• Support during DMRs with the quality team.
• Keep master data for purchased parts up to date.
• Escalate critical issues with Procurement and assist SC lead with KPI reporting.
• Ensure familiarity with related processes and procedures.

We are seeking a Supply Planner Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all inventory assigned to his/her commodity and accountable for taking actions.
• Responsible for placing and follow up of all purchase orders for all vendors.
• Responsible for checking in regularly with his/her assigned vendors for ensuring delivery on time.
• Accountable for Supplier On time Delivery monthly results.
• Works together with Procurement and vendors on improvement actions.
• Responsible for solving any discrepancy on invoices reported by finance.
• Notifying to Traffic team of pick up at vendors facilities and responsible for follow up.
• Responsible for giving support during DMRs with quality team.
• Keep master data for all purchased parts on his/her commodity are updated and up to date.
• Work closely with Procurement on escalating critical issues and supports the SC leader in reporting the KPIS.
• Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, Logistics, Industrial engineering & related.
• 3+ years of experience in similar position.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
