Vertiv in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Planning/Production Control professional to join our manufacturing team. The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and efficient planning to meet production targets.

You will contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging English and Spanish language skills, MS Office tools, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or supply chain.
• 3+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing operation.
• Self-starter with problem solving and results delivery.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with MRP/ERP in Planning or Production Control is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or supply chain.
• At a minimum of three (3) years of planning of a manufacturing operation experience.
• Self-starter. Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and deliver results with a spirit of innovation and a strong commitment to excellence.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required (read, write and speak).
• Proficiency in use of MS Office Software - advanced PowerPoint skills required.
• Desirable experience using MRP or Enterprise systems in Planning or Production Control.

APICS CPIM or CSCP desired but not required
