CONFIDENCIAL in Querétaro seeks a dedicated procurement/logistics professional to manage inventory for assigned commodities, place and follow up purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries from vendors. You will collaborate with procurement, monitor supplier metrics, and resolve invoice discrepancies with finance.

Master data upkeep and KPI reporting are part of the role. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or industrial engineering and has 3+ years

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar procurement/logistics role.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for inventory for assigned commodity and actions taken.
• Place and follow up on all purchase orders with vendors.
• Check in regularly with assigned vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Accountable for supplier on-time delivery metrics monthly.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendors on improvements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies reported by finance.
• Notify Traffic team of pickups and follow up.
• Support during DMRs with the quality team.
• Maintain master data for all purchased parts and keep updated.
• Escalate critical issues with procurement and report KPIs with SC leader.
• Ensure familiarity with interrelated processes and procedures.

• Responsible for all inventory assigned to his/her commodity and accountable for taking actions.
• Responsible for placing and follow up of all purchase orders for all vendors.
• Responsible for checking in regularly with his/her assigned vendors for ensuring delivery on time.
• Accountable for Supplier On time Delivery monthly results.
• Works together with Procurement and vendors on improvement actions.
• Responsible for solving any discrepancy on invoices reported by finance.
• Notifying to Traffic team of pick up at vendors facilities and responsible for follow up.
• Responsible for giving support during DMRs with quality team.
• Keep master data for all purchased parts on his/her commodity are updated and up to date.
• Work closely with Procurement on escalating critical issues and supports the SC leader in reporting the KPIS.
• Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, Logistics, Industrial engineering & related.
• 3+ years of experience in similar position.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
