BOE Vision Electronic Technology Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a logistics and planning professional to update the ISC Portal, create sales orders in ERP, validate customer requirements, and monitor production vs demand.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination and data accuracy to support timely deliveries. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years in planning or supply chain in manufacturing, and strong English and Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in planning, customer service, or supply chain management in manufacturing.
• Advanced English (C1) used daily with clients and management.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP.
• Experience using an ERP system (creating work orders / delivery notes).
• Availability for staggered hours to accommodate meetings with teams in the Asian time zone.
• Valid documentation to work in México.
• Preference for Korean proficiency; experience in electronics/display/major appliance industries; knowledge of Incoterms, international trade, container booking, and IMMEX.

Responsabilidades

• Update the ISC Portal: purchase orders, container numbers, shipping plant, and cargo and shipment status.
• Create sales orders (SO) and delivery notes (DN) in the ERP system
• Validate customer requirements and purchase orders, and propose adjustments to the sales plan
• Compare the plant’s production plan against customer demand and follow up on any gaps
• Participate in the daily logistics meeting and follow up on agreements
• Coordinate with plant departments to resolve deviations reported by the customer
• Update the daily delivery tracker and prepare the weekly Variance Report
