Blue Yonder is seeking a Support Engineer 2 to join the White Glove Support team on the Supply Chain execution squad. You will be a pioneer in rapid deployment and onboarding for our WMS (3PL and Retail Shipper) customers.

You will provide functional/technical support during upgrades, analyze incidents, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring transparent testing results. Strong SQL, Java, and cloud skills are required, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Formación

• Industry experience with Blue Yonder products in execution solutions.
• Technical experience with Blue Yonder products in execution solutions.
• Experience with customer support in Supply Chain software solutions.
• Cloud management domain expertise.
• Experience with scripting languages and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional/technical support during upgrades, deployments, rollouts, and post-production phases.
• Analyze and resolve incidents within WMS/TMS applications.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage expectations.
• Document change control and publish testing results.
• Identify opportunities for automation and service improvements.
