DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Team Lead, IT Support (Blue Yonder, WMS / Contract Logistics) to lead the WMS Support team, ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Blue Yonder WMS platform in a global context.

You will oversee L2/L3 support, drive incident resolution, coordinate upgrades and go-live activities, and collaborate with Product Management, Solution Architecture, Operations, and IT teams to maintain reliable warehouse technology and strong governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain execution.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and WMS configuration.
• Experience with system integrations (API, MQ, EDI) and ITIL processes.
• 5–7 years in IT, WMS, logistics tech, or enterprise support.
• 2+ years in senior technical or leadership role.
• 1–2 years leading teams or coordinating incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 Support team.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex incidents.
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, go-live activities, and cutovers.
• Ensure IT governance, ITIL processes, security standards, and documentation.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end stability.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous learning.
