Genpact is seeking a Networks Engineer – Wi-Fi Technology to resolve wireless access issues across a major client estate. The role focuses on access point health, coverage quality, and OT network interactions within manufacturing environments. One position is established in Mexico.

The candidate will manage cloud-based wireless platforms (Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki), perform site surveys, and support a complex refresh from Cisco to Juniper, concluding by 2026.

Formación

• 4–7 years in enterprise wireless network engineering and operations.
• Hands-on with cloud-managed wireless platforms (Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki).
• Experience with legacy Cisco Aironet APs and WLAN controllers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle wireless access issues across THE CLIENT estate, including OT networks.
• Monitor access point health, perform restarts and service restoration.
• Support the Cisco-to-Juniper refresh program and maintain deployments.
• Perform wireless site surveys and heat mapping to identify dark spots and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with Client Services for end-user devices and OT environment when needed.
