The Adecco Group is seeking a Wireless Field Network Engineer (L2 & L3) for 100% fieldwork in San Luis Potosi. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Admin or related Engineering and fluent English (B2/C1).

Expect extensive WLAN surveys, site deployments, and SD-WAN support across multiple sites with travel to customer locations. Experience with Ekahau is required, and the position offers long-term project employment with social insurance, vacation days, and ongoing online

Formación

• Strong hands-on WLAN deployments, surveys, and troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform WLAN surveys, deployment, and support at acquisition sites.
• Conduct wireless site surveys using Ekahau (required).
• Support wireless network design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic routing and switching support as needed.
• Assist with SD-WAN deployments and failover connectivity solutions.
• Travel to customer locations to support deployments, migrations, and cutovers.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful network integrations.
• Hands-on field work with site deployments and large-scale network integration projects.

Requirements & Job Offer

• Modality: 100 % Fieldwork

• Workday: PST or EST - Times
• Availity to Travel with Valid U.S. VISA & Passport
• Monthly Gross Salary: $35,000 - $55,000 MXN
• Hiring: 100 % Payroll
• Contract: Project - Log Term (at least 1 year)

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with wireless LAN (WLAN) deployments, surveys, and troubleshooting, 90% wireless work & 10% routing & switching
• Perform wireless LAN (WLAN) surveys, deployment, and support activities across acquisition sites.
• Conduct and analyze wireless site surveys using Ekahau (required).
• Support wireless network design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Provide basic routing and switching support as needed.
• Assist with SD-WAN network deployments, installation of failover devices & connectivity solutions
• Support WAN connectivity extensions and site integration activities.
• Travel to customer locations to support network deployments, migrations, and cutovers.
• Partner with engineering and project teams to ensure successful network integrations.
• Hands-on field work, site deployments, and supporting large-scale network integration projects.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
