CVG’s Electrical Systems team is seeking a Wire Harness Design Engineer in Aldama, Chihuahua, Mexico. The role bridges customers and engineering to translate needs into manufacturable harness solutions for automotive and commercial vehicle applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical systems knowledge, the ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and build trust with customers through proactive problem-solving and follow-through.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in application or design engineering discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and guide wire harness design decisions.
• Translate requirements into internal drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure cost-effective, manufacturable solutions.
• Support product development cycles including validation, prototypes, and launch readiness.
• Identify risks in design feasibility and material selection and propose mitigations.
