Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking to fill a role within Wind Power, Onshore, Full-time, focused on Regional Operational Model Adherence and Lean & IMS support. You will help monitor KPIs, support improvement actions, and maintain IMS documentation.

The ideal candidate has an Engineering or Business Administration background, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus. The position emphasizes proactivity, teamwork, and problem-solving in a multinational energy environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Active participation in extracurriculars or leadership roles is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Forms.
• English fluency; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong proactivity, teamwork, communication, organization and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Model adherence assessments and monitoring activities.
• Assist in tracking improvement actions and process compliance.
• Update and monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Maintain IMS documentation and process records.
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects and support the implementation of 5S and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making. Work with different teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
